                         To subscribe on the automatic distribute it is necessary from your electronic address to send an empty letter by the
                   address listmaster@izmiran.ru showing in the field ‘Sibject’: subscribe alert-gle (subscribe TEST alert-gle)
                   or subscribe alert-solar-neutrons (subscribe TEST alert-solar-neutrons)  depending  on the selection of ALERT Solar
                   Neutrons or ALERT GLE.
                        To refuse from the subscription it is necessary also to send an empty letter from your address to listmaster@izmiran.ru,
                   but in the field ‘Subject’ to write: unsubscribe alert-gle (unsubscribe TEST alert-gle)   or unsubscribe alert-solar-neutrons
                   (unsubscribe TEST alert-solar-neutrons).
                        If the mail is installed on your PC this procedure is executed by run of choosed icon. If you use by the outside mail you
                   should organise the corresponding message by handle.
